From a small workshop in Konya to a regional energy system
A journey that began in 2005 with a team of three engineers, transformed today into a leading company that has executed over 80 projects with a capacity exceeding 85 MW, now expanding into the European market.
2005 — Beginnings in Konya
The company was founded by Engineer Osman Çolaklıoğlu in Konya, central Turkey, a region with the highest solar radiation rates in the country. The company started as a small engineering workshop specializing in electrical system installations for industrial facilities, but the founder's early vision for transitioning to renewable energy made it adopt solar specialization before it became mainstream in Turkey.ÇAĞLAYAN ENERJİ® على يد المهندس عثمان تشولاكلي أوغلو (Osman Çolaklıoğlu) في قونيا بوسط تركيا، وهي منطقة تتمتع بأعلى معدلات الإشعاع الشمسي في البلاد. بدأت الشركة كورشة هندسية صغيرة متخصصة في تركيب الأنظمة الكهربائية للمنشآت الصناعية، لكن رؤية المؤسس المبكرة للتحول نحو الطاقة المتجددة جعلتها تتبنى التخصص الشمسي قبل أن يصبح تياراً رئيسياً في تركيا.
In the early years, the company focused on building a solid engineering base: carefully studying each site, selecting certified European components, and developing a strict installation methodology. This commitment to quality from day one explains our failure-free record in major projects.
2018-2021 — Growth and diversification
Starting in 2018, our services expanded to include engineering consulting for major Turkish companies, then in 2019 we launched the R&D department. In 2020 we built the infrastructure for high and medium voltage networks, and in 2021 we made the strategic decision to focus fully on solar energy projects (GES) — a decision quickly confirmed by the wave of major projects that followed.
2026 — International expansion
في عام 2026، نتخذ الخطوة الأهم في تاريخ الشركة: التوسع نحو السوق الأوروبي عبر تأسيس CAGLAYAN ENERGY S.R.L. في رومانيا. نحن صادقون مع شركائنا الجدد: لا نملك مشاريع منفذة في رومانيا بعد، لكننا نحمل معنا خبرة 20+ سنة من السوق التركي، ونفس معايير الجودة الأوروبية، ونفس الفريق الهندسي الخبير. شعارنا في هذه المرحلة الجديدة: «Global Vizyon, Yerel Güç» — رؤية عالمية، قوة محلية.
